Sjroofers removed the existing flat roofs and replaced, we fitted new rafters ,new boards , new fascias ,new guttering and down pipes and a new 3 Layer Felt roof.
2 Replaced Flat Roofs
Sjroofers fitted all the slates with slate hooks and 2* copper nails,and the ridges are fitted with mortar and mechanically fixed with a 100 mm stainless steel screws , brackets and rubber washers.

Flat roof construction
We fitted new 45mm/95mm treated timbers to the rafters with timber locks. We rebuilt all gables and fascia lines We reused the original tiles and ridges to keep its traditional look .
